The inquiry form collects your name, email address, optional company or website, selected service, and project description. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive customer information. We use these details to assess the work, respond to you, and discuss a possible engagement.

Resend processes inquiry emails and receipts. Our hosting provider processes requests and operational logs. When the inquiry archive is enabled, Upstash stores an inquiry copy for up to 90 days, including requests whose email delivery failed, so they can be recovered. Email copies remain in our business mailbox while needed for the conversation, delivery records, or an ongoing engagement. Access is limited to handling this work.

The form uses a bot-trap field and request limits. Rate limits use hashed identifiers derived from an email address and, where the hosting platform supplies a trusted address, an IP address. These limit records expire after one hour. The inquiry archive does not include your IP address.

When enabled in hosting, Vercel Web Analytics measures page views and interactions such as opening a demo or submitting an inquiry. Our custom events contain service categories, actions, and form outcomes. They do not include your name, email, company, message, or form contents. Page-view URLs have query strings and fragments removed. Workflow previews use fictional sample data.

You can email us instead of using the form. You can also request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information by contacting hello@saevix.dev. We will explain any records that need to be retained for an ongoing engagement or other applicable requirements. Information may be processed outside your country by the providers described above.
