Product definition

What is LeadLens?

LeadLens is an AI-powered prospect intelligence and pre-sales preparation platform for digital agencies. It reviews a prospect's public website, preserves the supporting evidence, matches findings to the agency's own services and case studies, and produces an editable Opportunity Brief for outreach, discovery calls, and proposal planning.

Launch model — Web application with a free starting tier and paid agency plans

Why Saevix built LeadLens

Small digital agencies often spend 20–60 minutes researching each prospect across audit tools, browser tabs, spreadsheets, and general-purpose AI chats. The process is difficult to repeat, and generic summaries rarely understand what the agency can actually sell. LeadLens was created to turn that fragmented research into a consistent, evidence-led pre-sales workflow.

How LeadLens works

Saevix designed a durable 14-stage pipeline that validates the URL, discovers and captures a bounded set of public pages, extracts business and technical signals, classifies opportunities, matches agency services, prepares outreach and call strategy, verifies claims against stored sources, and saves a structured report. Long-running analysis is separated from the Next.js application through a dedicated worker and durable PostgreSQL records.

What LeadLens produces

The product now converts a public business website into an editable intelligence report with an executive summary, fit scoring, prioritized findings, citations, service recommendations, outreach drafts, discovery questions, objection notes, and proposal direction. Reports can be copied, regenerated, printed, or exported as PDF, DOCX, and Markdown while captured evidence remains reusable after partial provider failures.

Designing for AI uncertainty

Trust is the product, not an extra feature. AI-provider rate limits, inaccessible websites, and incomplete sources are normal operating conditions, so LeadLens distinguishes observed facts from hypotheses, exposes limitations, preserves partial evidence, and lets people review every material recommendation before using it in outreach.

Core capabilities

What LeadLens does

01

Evidence first analysis

Every supported finding can retain its source URL and evidence excerpt, while unsupported claims are labeled or excluded.

02

Agency specific matching

The opportunity is evaluated against the agency's services, ideal customer profile, case studies, delivery preferences, and brand voice.

03

Sales ready outputs

One investigation prepares an executive brief, fit score, outreach drafts, discovery questions, objection handling, and proposal direction.

04

Human review and export

Teams can edit, regenerate, restore, copy, print, and export reports as PDF, DOCX, or Markdown before taking action.

Evidence before automation

  • Bounded public-page crawling with URL and SSRF protections
  • Clear separation between observations, hypotheses, and limitations
  • Exact evidence matching for source-backed citations
  • Organization-scoped records, hashed tokens, and Argon2id passwords
  • Retryable durable stages with partial-evidence preservation
  • Human review before outreach or proposal use
