Overview

NeuroScout is an autonomous deep-research agent that actively thinks and breaks down complex problems. Unlike typical wrappers, it pulls live web data, builds causal chains, and repairs weak reasoning via a strict 12-point quality gate.

The Challenge

Most AI apps generate shallow listicles instead of deep mechanism explanations. The challenge was building an AI that researches, fetches, and structurally validates its own reasoning before presenting it.

The Process

Designed a ruthless reasoning loop (PLAN → SEARCH → FETCH → REASON → SYNTHESIZE → VALIDATE → REPAIR). Built an async Python backend with FastAPI to manage the agent flow and push real-time updates via Server-Sent Events (SSE).

The Solution

A deep-research platform that surfaces true insights backed by a 12-point validation mechanism checking for causal chains, identity loops, and real-world grounding.
